The inspiration for the Andiron Bench came from watching logs burning on andirons in a fireplace. The timber beams, judiciously chosen from among thousands, are presented in contemporary form. Seated human figures allude to quiet flames.
Our timbers are sourced from sustainably-managed forests and for every tree that is felled we plant an additional three through Arbor Day Foundation. The finish applied to our timber is EnviroMax, a GREENGUARD Certified formaldehyde free, environmentally-safe wood sealer.
